Training and Development
With a view to enhance their skills, Vardhman continuously train its people across all functions, levels and disciplines of the organisation. It has designed elaborate training and development programmes that encompass the technical, managerial, behavioral and spiritual growth of its employees. A full-fledged training centre -Vardhman Training and Development Centre (VTDC)-at Ludhiana has been set up for this purpose.

Apart from this, managers participate in training programmes at some of the best institutes like Harvard Business School, IMD Switzerland, and IIMs in India.The key programmes which cover the entire training are:

  • Induction and scheme programmes
  • Managerial / generic / behavioral programmes
  • Functional programmes

Apart from training VTDC provides the residential facility for the training faculty as well as to the trainees. One can really enjoy the lush green environment at VTDC and chisel himself towards perfection. During training VTDC provides the messing facility where one can enjoy warm meals. It has good recreation facility which includes indoor and outdoor games. Library provides ample books and learning opportunity as well. VTDC act towards building up the personality of individual and strive towards self and organizational development.
