Indian textile conglomerate Vardhman Textiles Limited, headquartered in Ludhiana, Punjab with multiple manufacturing units across 3 states, has reported highest ever profits in its history. The company has reported net profit of ₹1,677.44 crore for fiscal 2021–22 as against ₹366.74 crore in FY 2020-21, an increase of 357.39 per cent on standalone basis.

Vardhman awarded by Greentech Foundation for endeavours to promote education. The organization has supported over 65 Government Schools and 40 anganwadis with infrastructure including well-equipped classroom blocks, toilet complexes, water coolers with purifiers etc.

With the intent to making quality healthcare services accessible to the underprivileged section of the society, a financial contribution of INR 25 lac was made to the Poor Patient Fund of Dayanand Medical College & Hospital. The Group has been annually providing this amount to the hospital for several years in a row. The cheque was handed over to the hospital management in the august presence of Dr Bishav Mohan (Chief Cardiologist), Mr Rakesh Gupta (GM) and Mr Umesh Gupta (Chief Financial Officer) of DMCH. Indian textile manufacturer Vardhman Textiles Limited’s revenue increased by 4.9 percent year over year and 2.6 percent quarter over quarter to Rs. 1,729 crore. Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs. 307 crore, up 36.2 percent year over year and quarter over quarter 7.2 percent QoQ.
